Project description
The beauty industry is full of big promises. Clean. Clinical. Anti-Aging. But like most competitive marketplaces, it’s hard to know which products actually deliver.
Founded by Savannah James, Reframe is a skincare line built on craftsmanship, care, and clarity. At its core: a first-of-its-kind clinical partnership with Howard University’s Department of Dermatology, the academic institution known for its rigorous review and research standards.
At Reframe, every formula is reviewed, tested, and documented. No shortcuts. No inflated promises. Just skincare that earns its claims.
We partnered with James and the Reframe team to launch the brand and develop its digital retail experience. As a new player in a crowded space, the site needed to stand out fast while also standing for something deeper.
The result is a brand experience that balances beauty with believability. Shop-forward, intuitive, and practical—yet still capable of educating and inspiring first-time users. Visual cues are subtle but smart. Copy leads with clarity. Images feature real people built for a real world. And the UX supports the mission: helping more people find products that actually do what they say they will.
In a space driven by aesthetics and assumption, Reframe offers something rare: proof.
