Project description

Nourish is a virtual care platform pairing people with registered dietitians and health experts to help them reach their individual goals. In a category crowded with quick fixes, information overload, and endless optimization, Nourish risked getting lost in the noise. Through deep cultural research and brand strategy, we observed a key tension plaguing the health and wellness market: we’ve never been more in touch with how our body works, and yet, we feel less healthy than ever before. The solution? A brand promise focused on helping, not hacking, our health journey. The identity was designed to reflect the same promise. We took some of the health industry’s long-standing tropes and remixed them into a visual language that’s graphic, approachable, and full of life. Nowhere is this made more clear than the symbol, a three-petal representation of mental health, physical health, and the support system that surrounds them. The entire ecosystem comes alive through motion design. Behaviors and interactions from product interfaces make their way into larger expressions to create a clear connection that few brands in the space are able, or willing, to pull off today. Against these updates, Nourish is pushing for an even bigger cultural narrative. One where food is our first source of medicine, where sustainable solutions outweigh quick fixes, and where guidance is the default, not an upgrade. That’s what it means to get back to the basics of being.
